Please tell me they allow you to retake the exam for $60 or you have to take course/VPN again?

This guy claims:

The course / test challenge packages start at $750 US with cert retakes available for $60 if you don’t succeed on your first attempt.

So the retake isn’t a full $750+$60?

Two additional questions please:

– about the 30 days, they count the VPN connection time or the calendar entries?

– If I fail, can I retake the exam only without any additional fees like VPN?
