We supply Registered General and Mental Health Nurses who nurture lasting relationships with healthcare establishments.Our Nursing staff is selected based on their experience and flexibility. We supply Registered General and Mental Health Nurses who understand the importance of nurturing lasting relationships with healthcare establishments.Our Care assistants are cherry picked for their experience and can only work for Southcroft Healthcare if they hold 1-year experience in the care sector. They must hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Care as a minimum. Our assistants are carefully chosen for their experience, and they must also have all mandatory training certificates to ensure good practiceIn Southcroft, We expect our services and care to be the same as our clients think. This requires the support of an experienced workforce and the use of advance technology. Our values are based on the provision of knowledge, skills and attitudes which enables our members and clients to maintain their own personal and professional development that goes in conjunction with service and user need.We always strive to be an innovative and creative entity in providing health care and rehabilitation services as well as career opportunities in the region.We provide a standard of training which meets legislative guidelines, enabling our members and clients to deliver a professional and personal service in line with current Care Standards The final stage is to undertake any necessary training and complete your induction. When we are ready to welcome someone to join the Southcroft team, they have been thoroughly vetted and trained in how to deliver the Southcroft service. Everyone completes the Southcroft induction programme before working their first shift.
