As a volunteer member of PIRTS (Phishing Incident and Reporting Termination Squad), I use Netcraft on a regular basis. Netcraft getsmuch of their info on Phishing scams from PIRT.

Condor’s(Kevin Mitnick’s) girlfriend “Suzy Thunder” was reported to spread the story that Condor could launch a nuclear attack by whistling into a telephone. Condor did about 10 yrs in prison, 8 yrs in Solitary. When he was released in 2001, he was prohibited from using any kind of technology other than a “Landline telephone” (No cells).

There is even a section on this in my CEH manuals, although what is listed there is no where near as comprehensive and thorough as what is listed here.
