The notion of intelligence is something that many psychologists still argue over today. Some psychologists believe intelligence is something that can be measured using one scale, while others believe in multiple intelligences. This multiple intelligences theory points to the idea that a person can be intelligent in a number of different ways, with strengths in one or more of the following areas: musical-rhythmic, visual-spatial, verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. Regardless of which area you are strongest in, you can tailor study time to your academic needs. Here are some ways to use multiple intelligences theory to improve your studying: brainstorm a positive learning experience and recreate itThink back to when you had one of your most positive learning experiences. This could be something as simple as learning how to hit a baseball, memorizing the lyrics to your favorite song, or even learning how to draw. Next, think about what made that learning experience so positive. Was it the relationship with your teacher by paper writing service cheap or peers that made it stick out as a positive experience? Was it the fact that you were moving around outside on a summer day? Or was it perhaps that you were able to catch onto something so quickly because you discovered the logic behind it? Once you understand the environment and the factors that go into making learning a positive experience, you can use that knowledge to recreate an equally positive study environment.
