Maybe after I knock out some fun stuff (CWNA/CWSP maybe Linux+) I’ll look at CISSP and then OSCP after that. That likely won’t be this year but you never know.

I agree. Especially for those people who are going to try to pay things by themselves. The offensive security course and the elearnsecurity courses seem to be a bit more down to earth. I would love to see the SANS courses come down to sub 1k prices but I don’t think that is ever going to happen.

AH. Well I am still on board with going for GCIA. I plan to do WCNA as a warm up some time after CEH. As I know you know SS. CEH is going up to 500 so I guess I am trying to stomach doing CEH 6 instead.

Wow I wonder how worth while that book is. I really want to challenge the GCIA and I think the material mentioned in this thread and this book I am really starting to feel like I can do it.
