9 Security Engineers Needed Level II and III pos in CA, VI and MUNICH Germany

Network Security Engineer Level II and III supports advanced or complex network, server, and application security infrastructure. Vendor specific experience is supplemented by industry standard knowledge and strong networking knowledge of TCP/IP, the OSI layer, server operating systems and technical troubleshooting skills.  

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 9

• Provide real time monitoring and initial analysis of network security and/or server operational problems using tools provided
• Meet response and support standards as established by service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure terms of contract and service are followed; design and implement complex change requests in alignment with SLA; inform all relevant parties of progress with any issues
• Resolve complex trouble tickets and close fixed tickets and completed change requests; administer customer records in SOC ticketing system
• Manage complex trouble  tickets and technical incident escalations as required
• Interface with external vendors for hardware replacement and timely completion of client issues
• Build relationships with vendors and key customers as the Technical Client Advocate (TCA)
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a degree or college diploma in a technical discipline, with 2-5 (Level II)  five years + (Level III) experience in an information security role.  The client will look at those without a degree and The candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently (in a team environment) with excellent inter-personal, customer service/communication skills.  
• Logical approach to problem-solving with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience sharing best practices and training/mentoring others
• In-depth understanding of the following:
- General principles and practice of Information Security
- IP networks and technologies
- Windows and/or UNIX server operating systems
• Strong spoken and written English language skills (German, French, Arabic and Asian languages are a plus)

TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS
• Level II requirements: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and CCNA or 5 years of experience
1. One of the following certificates or experience: CCSA/CCSE, Juniper Security (Junos/SRX), Bluecoat Proxy, Websense, F5 Big IP, Sourcefire or ISS Proventia
• Level III requirements: Checkpoint Security (CCSA & CCSE) or Juniper Security (Junos & SRX) foundation  certification;
1. One (or more) of the following certificates or experience: Crossbeam, Bluecoat Proxy, Websense, F5 Big IP, Sourcefire, ISS Proventia or Juniper EX

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Available to work flexible working hours; available for 24x7 shift rotation if required
• Valid government issued drivers license and passport; Available to travel
• Satisfactory results from background check, credit check, DMV check and other administrative screening processes

Network Security Analyst Level II: Overnight Shift: 2 openings – working 7:00pm – 4:00am
Network Security Analyst Level III: 2 openings – start time at 8:30am-5:30pm OR 7:30am-4:30pm
• Germany (Munich)
Network Security Analyst Level III: 2 openings - start time at 8:30am-5:30pm OR 7:30am-4:30pm
• Virginia (DC Border)
Network Security Analyst Level II: 2 openings
Network Security Analyst Level III: 1 opening
