Trying to Catch back up

About 3 years ago, I took the CEH Boot camp.  At the end of the week, I took the exam, and scored a 69.  Immediately reregistered and scored a 76.

Since then, Ive been out of the loop.  Not sure if my cert is still any good or not, and if its not, what I'd need to do to reactivate it.  Im really looking to start a different career path in Network Security, because I actually really enjoy it.

Looking for some advice on direction to go.  Any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated!

Re: Trying to Catch back up

I believe that the CEH cert expires after 3 years unless you have 120 hours of CPEs you can claim..  If you logon to the ECE delta system, you can check your status.

Re: Trying to Catch back up

Ketchup is correct.

If you were certified prior to Dec. 31, 2007 (which is sounds as though you have) your certification will expire Dec. 31, 2010.

You can find information about the ECE system at the link posted above (check the 'Announcement' and 'FAQ' pages). You will need to earn 120 points by your expiration date to maintain your certification (or re-test).
