Ethereal 0.99.0 Released

Ethereal 0.99.0 has been released. Several security-related vulnerabilities have been fixed. Everyone is encouraged to upgrade. For a complete list of changes, please refer to the 0.99.0 release notes.

According to the Internet Storm Center's Handler's Diary:

28 vulnerabilities has been identified in Ethereal "which could be exploited by remote attackers to compromise a vulnerable system or cause a denial of service."

I read someplace that the newer verisons of Ethereal include the WinPcap packet capture library required by Ethereal in the Ethereal setup program. Is that still the case??
