this is a peace of info i encrypted...its sota a consept i have been working
on... i would like to know if anyone wanned to try crack it...
pleace tell me what u think...
hope someone it interested in trying...
prove that its possible to brake my encryption :D
;D well best of luck if u try, and have fun :)

encrypted info:

Re: crypto testing...could use some help

ATC,

welcome to EH-Net.

if I get a few minutes I'll try to have a crack at your encryption, however as my crypto-fu is weak and you've gone to the effort of creating your own I'm guessing (hoping) this is more advanced that anything I can break easily.

For me crpyto and crypto-analysis is definitely more of an interest than something I have an aptitude for. (I've read Simon Singh's Code Book many times but still couldn't implement a basic algorithm) As most encryption systems are only accepted as being secure after large scale analysis and long term testing by the crpyto community a lot of 'secure' systems only remain secure whilst no-one is interested in breaking them. (Same as the arguement by the Windows community to explain why there are less exploits for *nix, but thats another thread)

Are you able/willing to provide more information related to your encryption methods? Basically I would be interested to know what you are doing differently from anything else that makes your system more secure than X.

Re: crypto testing...could use some help

The naked eye sees a repeated pattern of some sort, and few codes,  do not tell me you are using a direct simple substitution and 32 is basically the space char, i think 10 is some sort of a separator chacter, record/word separator as in white space, and 32 could be the same, however rearranging the charaters tells me that your payload could less than 1/3 of the overall message, am i right? and the message is derived from a delta function based on the middle columns below, this is juts a wild guess from the observation, most likely one need to statistical analysis to figure out more, however you need to pass some hints, or give at least the context of this message as it does not look like crypto to me

Re: crypto testing...could use some help

well il give u a hint sawal...well all of the text is part of the code... and the code takes mutch more space then what the decypted copy does...the encryption contanins a small message to who ever that decrypts it/cracks it...does that help?

Re: crypto testing...could use some help

I am  not sure if we are on the same page, there is the clear text message which i believe is much less in size at least 1/3 of what you already have posted as numbers. these numbers you posted is the encrypted message. however it does not satisfy the fact it should be random, and its entropy should be quite static, that is no one can run statistical analysis of find patterns in it, i can see clear patterns in it, however i am not in the mood to break it, not that i have the skill. was i correct about 10 is a word/char separator?

Re: crypto testing...could use some help

:) well, as i said i am not into crypto, however i will give it a go if it is still here, I am assuming your clear text is a word in English using the ASCII charater set, otherwise i can be way off encoding it. what do i get if i solve it  8)

Re: crypto testing...could use some help

Wow, you got a gentle reception in here. You have not come up with the latest and greatest crypto ever. You have not come up with crypto: it is, at best, obsfucation.
If you want anyone to take your crypto seriously, post the algorithm. Post it to sci.crypt on Usenet. I would suggest reading sci.crypt achives before you do if you've never been flamed before!
A dozen or so characters will probably stand up to crack attempts. If you were to create many, or large messages using your 'encryption' it would almost certainly fail to maintain confidentiality.

Bogwitch if u want, then I'll give u more of the code...but i would like it if u crack it before u say its so easy, then u can tell me how bad it is...prove what u r saying :)

Like I said, post the algorithm.
