I haven't played around with it yet mind you, but looks interesting.

This sounds very cool.  I'm about to take the Power Search with Google course offered by SANS.  I don't think they have a section on this tool yet.

It is very interesting what you can find with Google.  This cDc tool sounds like it will make searches much easier.

Thanks for the post g00d_4sh.

No prob.  It is pretty fun, I've been dorking around with it for a bit this afternoon.  The options are pretty vast... but obviously you have to go slow or your ip gets blocked.  (Yeah.. that happened)

The online article warned that an IP block could happen.  You have to be careful I guess...wonder where the threshold is?

I tried a couple of dorks on my website (purchased through a hosting service).  As expected, I didn't get any results.  Either way, the scan was very quick and very easy to use.  Very fun tool.

I had never heard of SEAT before.  The how-to videos showcase it's talents well.  Seems a little complicated at first look, but most likely worth the effort to learn.  I'll have to try it out sometime.

actually its a pain to get installed and tweaked to run properly so google doesnt ban you, not sure if its on BT or not, so i guess the BT people will have to figure it out for theirselves.  :'(

Goolag seems to work pretty stinking well.  But turning off the 'blocked' messages in options is a MUST.  Also, not trying to run all the options at once is a must.  Pretty fun though, found some clear text passwords and log ins with it on a site.  (One my organization runs)  Pretty fun though all in all, I'll definately give SEAT a try Chris, thanks for the link.
