Desktop recorder

Guys/Masters,

just want to ask if you have any suggestion of FREE desktop recorder?
CAMStudio isnt a nice choice whenever i have virtual trainings when i stopped it 99% of the time it will crash and the whole training session was not captured  :(

Hello,

I have always used Camtasia when I record Desktop Sessions. It is a great suite of tools, and editing is rather simple as well.

recordMyDesktop works well for me and it is free.

Not to hijack the thread, but is there any easy way to put text bubbles on a desktop recording?  I'd rather have them embedded in the video than to put them on using youtube.

I'll throw in what Iv'e been using for streaming games, haven't recorded with it, but I recommend it.

That seems cool.  So you can stream your desktop and voice?
