Re: De-ICE S1.140

Hello all,
I am happy that our lab-iso finally reached the public ;)

This is our first try to make a pentest lab exercise.
We wanted to create something for the beginner level that is more than just a "clean" system with a few vulnerabilities.

Please leave us some feedback and report any bugs you can find!
We will try to fix them and update the lab.

We hope that you have fun while playing around with it :)

Greetings from Germany,
Michael

Re: De-ICE S1.140

Has anyone completed this yet?

I downloaded it to play around with, but I got a bit stuck and there doesn't appear to be any walkthroughs out there yet.

The image does have some 'hints' but they're next to useless to me :(

Re: De-ICE S1.140

I started on it a few days ago. Got quite a bit of enumeration done, but hit a wall afters. I put it aside for a bit to focus on other things, but I'll probably pick up on it again later this week.

Re: De-ICE S1.140

Finally solved this - although I got tripped up by a few things along the way (and learnt a few new things about Linux)

Many thanks for creating this, I'll do a complete 'walkthrough' in the forums soon.
