Why phishing works

I originally posted this post at CSP, as I thought it fitted better there, and in hope it would rejuvinate that forum. In want of other opinions, I’ve decide to post it here too;

I found a very interesting whitepaper (for me at least) which discusses why phishing works. Personaly the paper didn’t introduce any new security indicators that I was not aware of before hand, but I found the statistics presented an eye opener.

What do you all think?
