Which popular browsers have a built in China VPN
At the moment, only two of the popular browsers have a built-in VPN function: Opera and Tor. The first was developed in Norway, has offices in many countries and, as a result, is subject to local laws. Therefore, VPN in Opera is just an additional function, and quite conditional: there are many rumors on the network that Opera servers do not hide the user’s identity well, although they open access to blocked sites.

To enable the VPN function in the Opera browser just move the toggle switch to the On position

As for the Tor browser, the authorities of different countries are trying to fight it even at the legislative level, including blocking its networks and ports of entry to them, but to no avail. This is a development of independent programmers, which is supported by all users who have installed the browser on their computer. The browser’s connection to the Internet goes through a virtual network connection, so this is not a separate function, but part of the browser core. Tor shows a good speed and completely hides the identity of the user on the Internet, but its use is often not quite legal.

The Tor browser works only in the global virtual network

I usually use the built-in Opera VPN service, as it is convenient and reliable. However, after installing one of the latest updates, the ability to choose a virtual network was significantly reduced: from many countries, only three regions remained. Now the choice of geolocation includes only America, Asia and Europe. And with stable constancy (approximately once every two months), the servers either go for prevention, or suffer from overload, which is why the service simply does not work. This continues for 2-3 hours, after which the situation returns to normal. During this period, I switch to the Google Chrome browser and use its special extensions.

Virtual private network is a technology that allows you to create a secure connection between the global network and your computer. Instead of connecting directly to the Internet, you connect to your VPN through an Internet provider and then your VPN connects to the World Wide Web. This allows you to safely and privately use the Internet from any place of your choice, hiding your actual location and data from the websites you visit, which may be harmful.

Choosing the right VPN service depends on your preference. Nevertheless, there are some negative points to which you should pay attention. Data transfer restrictions bandwidth control or any other speed limits.

Many travelers are surprised to find that their favorite social networks are blocked in the place where they arrived and this makes it difficult to communicate with loved ones at home. VPN 免費大陸 – TOPVPN.tw allows you to use social networks wherever you are and not think about potential threats knowing that all your online traffic is always encrypted. What you do on the Internet is your own business and should remain so. Unfortunately, almost all Internet service providers keep browsing history records and some even sell them to third parties for profit. Some governments also actively monitor and control the online activity of Internet users. VPN prevents the tracking of your activities on the Web allowing you to use the Internet as you see fit. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression. This right includes freedom to hold one’s convictions freely and freedom to seek and receive information and ideas by any means and regardless of state borders. Thanks to traffic encryption, your ISP will not know which sites you visited on the Internet. In this case, your IP address on the Internet will belong to the country of the VPN server. When connected to a VPN, a secure channel is created between your computer and the VPN server. All data in this channel is encrypted.

Many do not know how to configure a vpn connection, however this is not a tricky business, but it requires certain skills. To begin, let’s figure out why such a connection is needed. Literally, a VPN translates as a virtual private network. From the name it can be seen that it serves to create a tunnel between two computers through which information is transmitted in encrypted form. This ensures the confidentiality and anonymity of all transmitted information.

In more detail, the VPN first sets up the communication protocol from your device. This protocol sets the boundaries for how data will be transferred from your device to the VPN server. There are several basic VPN protocols that are common, although each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Although there are many communication protocols, there are some basic ones that are usually supported regardless of the brand of VPN service. Some are faster, some are slower, some are safer, others are less.
