Most of you will know what Scapy is, if you don’t it’s a python based network packet/manipulation/creation application that has a whole host of security “features”. When I started using it I decided to compile a guide for beginners (like me) to help navigate around it’s big list of features. If you are interested you can find my guide on the link below:

      http://code.google.com/p/scapy-guide/downloads/list

I will add some more chapters once I’ve finished my OSCP course..

      Any and all feedback welcome.

There is a lot spread around the internet, so I thought it would be a good learning experience for me and might help some other people to stick it all in one guide for people.

Thanks for doing this. I thought about doing one myself but I don’t have the time anymore.

Thanks for taking the time to write the guide. I’ve used Scapy before, although quite some time ago, and still found it useful. I thought I’d take a quick look at your guide, well that quick look ended up being three hours of me messing about with Scapy!

I’ve added your guide to my bookmarks and hope you get the oppurtunity to update it once you finish the OSCP (Good Luck!).

I already had these links for Scapy under my bookmarks, but your’s is a welcome addition:

Once again, thanks for taking the time to write it and share it.
