I hate gyms

      Gyms are important if you want to lose weight fast, but I hate them. So what can I do instead of working out?

      You don’t like gyms or working out in general? I think you can just do simple exercises at home, and it’s better than nothing.

      If you don’t like a gym you can do cycling daily for 2-3 hours in order to make yourselves healthy. Though I love to do the gym but still I bought a cycle for my daily use through ICAN Cycling Wheels by using the ICAN Cycling discount code and stop riding the car maybe for the next 2 years.
