Will the movie adaptation to Daniel Suarez novel Daemon be released on 2012? Maybe, according to IMDb. The only info I could find so far is that the movie is in development plus the following data:

I have not read the book, but it sounds like “Wargames 3: Daemon”.  Although Laurie MacDonald  and Walter F. Parkes did produce Gladiator.  But it’s weird because the actor, Eli Marienthal, is in “development” hell, with 37 projects.

Maybe I’ll pick up the book.  It seems to have good reviews here. 🙂
