Participanthmm Can I suggest that you upload the vids to youtube or something as looking at the link I see it rar file I see you are pretty new to the site so my mind think virus or something dodgy in the rar.

ParticipantIn fact, there are already hundreds of videos on YouTube dedicated to wireless hacking, making watching this one more trouble than it’s worth.

ParticipantI total agree there are lots good tutorials on cracking wep and wpa. I not saying don’t produce more but you need to make them simple to access and explain them so they are simple.

ParticipantCracking wep is not that useful for pen testers, as most of the companies that can afford AND want a legitimate penetration test are not using wep. WPA- enterprise attacks are essential and so are physical attacks on routers and access points as well as a good GPU rig.

ParticipantYes Wep not really used by companies now but there are still one or two that use it. I never really done any wireless testing for other companies as at my last company there was not a big demand for it.
The only thing I ever had to do was walk around a building trying to pick up rogue access points. What was intreting is the amount of home user that were still using WEP. And most of them were small business as they were using bt business hubs this was indicated by the SSID

ParticipantThere may be a few maverick networks out there, but generally you will be dealing with EAP and WPA2-PSK so focus on that and get a good GPU rig.
