Wow, I was going to say I assumed you were familiar with the VOIP Hacking Exposed, but that's from 2006! It doesn't seem like it came out that long ago...

seems to be one of the more recent books on the topic, but even that's from 2010...

Yep, knew of the HE book and located the other one as well. Was hoping something else was out there but these two seem to be the only books showing up in searches.
