May someone help how to make a spoofing MAC with a modem like Xinwei that is usb to change the MAC Address.Thanks to provide me information relative.

I can't see any ethical reason to do this unless hired by the ISP. I'm sure if you use Google you may find what you are looking for (I found several hits when I looked, although many of the techniques are no longer effective) but I'm not interested in helping you engage in illegal activity.
