How to create malware using metasploit

Hi guys,
I asked many questions about metasploit because its great 
So i want to use metasploit to create a malware like trojan but i have some questions:

1- i googled that but i couldnt find a good article about how to create a malware with it dose anybody have a complete article?
2- as i know the chance of bypass av is high when u use metasploit malwares  is it true?
3- i want to know can i attack to computers which is in other subnets with it or not?

I watched that video and i  realized that we cant use msfpyload for PCs over the internet but msfpyload is great.
