Printer history

Hello,

i have one question. Is there any possible way to found out, what was printed on my printer in past.

I've checked firmware of my printer and i didn't find nothing.

It would help if you posted the make and model of the printer. Unless it's a higher-end model that is setup for archiving or has a hard drive you could potentially pull data off of, all you'd probably find is a job log, at most.

yeah typically the low end inkjets will not store this information.  They have limited memory and usually that memory is cleared when it powers down. 

The larger MFPs will most likely store a history since they typically have more local storage and RAM to run the applications.

If a larger office printer/copier, most of them come with a hard drive. So if there's no way to access it from the touch panel on the machine itself, then just pull it and connect it to another machine with an adapter. Then take a looksee. Not only can you see the dates of when things were printed, you can most often grab a copy of the exact file. Copies can be accessed the same way, since they make a copy of the scan and then print it.
