This website is named The Ethical Hacker Network, because we do not endorse / support unethical acts within hacking that is generally considered illegal.

Spamming is one of these things, that we all generally dislike as it's just really annoying and is good for absolutely nothing. If your tool was meant as a tool for social engineering it would have a legal purpose during a penetration test, but I don't really see a purpose to generate bulk mail when most of us, already receive tons of spam each year.

In case you don't know, spamming is illegal in some countries.
