Changes to General Discussion Board

We changed the title to:

News Items and General Discussion About EH-Net

Background reasoning:

1. The General Discussion should be 'about' EH-Net, the site. So we want people to discuss ideas, offer feedback and give opinions on the site itself, the quality of the content and future directions.

2. We also wanted a place for News Items and didn't want to create a whole new board. Seems to fit well here. I am also moving the Giveaway announcements away from the Editor-In-Chief Section into the EH-Net News Section, so now the discuss links will point to this board for you to congratulate the winners. Not only does that seem better organized, but we also had a few requests for more info on the direction of EH-Net. So I will do my best to add items to the EH-Net News Section to keep all of you informed. Those items will appear as articles with links to the forum for member feedback.

Thanks for your interest in what we do. It really does make for a community site.
