What to study before GCIH?

Hello every body,

I'm planing to take the GCIH certification this month  , and I need to know how & what to study before that. 

Could any one to kindly advise me or tell me his experience?

Well its hard to comment on without knowing your back ground. But if you are planning to take the exam in a months time, I would suggest you should only concentrate on GCIH itself. But I always thought GSEC or Security+ is a great precursor to GCIH.
