facing challenges to fix vulnerability weak password for WinCCConnect user created by Wincc applications

tried all the advisory mentioned on net...then too failing to fix the same..applied UPdate 2 which was recommended...

Kindly suggest any...

I had observed that On all the installed application have common user name & password reported on installed SQL server...Can this is be fixed by applying any GPO for deleting or modifying the user a/c password..
