Hacking Dojo - New Year resolution offer
«
on:
December 31, 2012, 11:08:25 AM »
I wanted to announce a couple things regarding the Hacking Dojo:
1) The pilot with the iPads is over. Thanks for those interested in participating.
2) I am cutting the cost of the Novice and Shodan training courses by 50% for a (very) limited time.
I wanted to offer people a new year's resolution to get into the professional pentesting field, and I figured lowering the financial barrier for a limited time would be the way to go about doing so. For those who track the enrollment fees at Hacking Dojo, you will know I have never given this deep of a discount before. This discounted membership retains lifetime access, live mentoring sessions, access to the online lab, etc.... no changes there - simply a temporary drop in price. The discount is already reflected in the signup links, including the monthly subscription (which is now $75 for 6 months). Once the discount offer has concluded, the prices will be adjusted appropriately.
In conclusion, I hope everyone has had a safe and enjoyable holiday season, and enjoy the New Year!

I have been asked a question regarding the latest discount at HackingDojo.com more than a few times since I posted, and wanted to clarify:
The 50% off offer is officially for just the Shodan and the Novice class - however, for those people who can test out of the Shodan and move into the Nidan course (by testing out the first week of enrollment), we will allow those students to move on to the Nidan course for the discounted cost.

I'm guessing you're the individual that signed up using a Juno.com email address. I've sent multiple emails to you (even via gmail) but I suspect they've all been blocked, even when I replied to your email.
1) check your spam folder or unblock hackingdojo.com emails
2) send me a PM here with your info and we can go from there

For anyone in the Colorado Springs area (or Colorado area willing to drive to COS), we will be holding a live training session February 2-3rd that covers the Mukyu (Novice) course. The cost of the class is the same discounted rate we are currently offering for the online training ($99). Seating is limited to 10 students only, and prepayment is required to reserve a seat.
If anyone in the area is interested in attending, please let me know via PM here or contact me via email at info (at) hackingdojo.com.
Thanks!

Just wanted to remind folks that there are seats still available during our live training in Colorado being held a couple weeks from now. Thanks!
