As a personal note, the idea of offering to students an iPad designed for pentesting developed out of my personal use of an iPad during onsite engagements... I will be including on the Hacking Dojo iPads the same personal notes/material I use when I'm onsite conducting pentests, along with course material, useful apps, etc.
