Hello, i want to make a review about one of the Pentest here thus i had bad experience with one of the them will there be problem?

Are you saying you want to tell us about a bad pentest / bad experience?
Not a problem, just don't give overly detailed specifics (ip's, hostnames, or if a specific company, I don't know that I'd air their dirty laundry...)

I think he means one of the members (i.e. "pentest here", which should be "pentesters" in plural form.)
