Can anyone recommend some good books for windows or Linux.
Like admin guides I have a good understanding of both but want to gig deeper.

I already have hacking exposed linux its great book but those resources which u introduced are well too

The single most useful book I had when learning to be a Linux system admin (Unix admin too) was the second edition of this book:
