When they say Solid TCP/IP what they mean?
i know what is dns,dhcp etc generally,what they want?
please advice me before i take this course regarding important prior knowledge.

Routing, protocols and a general understanding of how packets flow through a network.
For example, you mentioned DNS, understand what ports it listens on and how to interact with the service.
