GCHQ are apparently looking to hire computer experts and have created a challenge. It doesn't look easy, but take a punt!

As a marketing technique, it is amazingly effective for their target audience. I'm so intrigued, I know I'm going to take a crack at it before time runs out.

I haven't looked closely, but a prelim glance at the source of the page would indicate 16 characters or less...
