Forensics Prerequisites

Hello everyone, as some of you already know, I'm interested in getting into the computer forensics field but what I'd like to know is, are there any certain "prerequisites" to obtaining a Forensics Certificate?
If so, could you guys please give me a few references as to what type of courses I should be looking into?
