Hi guys,
i've a problem on my new laptop. I've installed BT r1 in dual boot but got a problem with airmon-ng and my wifi intel 1000 bgn :

root@bt:~# airmon-ng

Interface       Chipset         Driver

i tried to fix it with patch found trac.aircrack-ng.org but nothing to do airmon-ng doesn't recognize my card.

But i can connect to my network and go to the web...
Anyone can help me ?

thanks

Have you tried a complete install of aircrack.  It should work with that card. I have used it on my HP laptop.  I would suggest you use the ALFA AWUS036H card however.  It works very well.  But if you do not want to spend the money, maybe it is time to do a 'apt-get update && apt-get -y dist-upgrade'.  Actually there is an auto-update script out if you do not want the hassle.

Thanks !
By the way, when I do a airmon-zc it finds my card.  Is it possible that's an airmon-ng problem ?

It's possible.  It could be as simple as upgrading aircrack suite or reinstalling.  I thought airmon-zc was incomplete/experimental?  Meh, I would just try to upgrade the suite or reinstall.  Either one completes in no time.

Well airmon-zc works, I can put my card in monitor mode etc....

But after Re installing aircrack it's the same thing. Airmon-ng is bugging I guess.
 I just get
Interface Chipset Driver

And impossible to run a command after....
