What are your views on the Protect IP Act? Violation of Free Speech and the free flow of information or a piracy fix?

Do you have links to what you're talking about? First thing I thought when I saw the subject line was:

"great now what are they doing to delay switching to IPv6?" / "What are they doing to restrict IP addresses to stay on IPv4."
