Two things (don't be offended by #1, just making the point).  Assuming you're talking about pulling the file from the device for offline storage or watching / sharing, elsewhere:

1.) This is ethicalhacker.net - your question is totally unrelated to anything we discuss here, and we're not Samsung technical support... sorry

2.) In an effort to AT LEAST TRY to point you in the proper direction, I downloaded and reviewed the manuals for your device.  Nothing in the manual, from what I saw on brief review, discussed manually pulling files from the device.  So while it may be possible, without someone actually looking at your device, to figure it out, I'm doubtful any of us is going to have an answer for you.

Good luck in your search, however, and I hope you find what you're looking for.

Your best option would probably be to open the case and pull the drive out, then connect it to your computer and see if you can access the files.

Page 65 of the user manual contains information about copying files from the HDD to USB storage.

Disc (CD-DA/CD-R/CD-RW, DVD+/-R,DVD+RW,DVD-RW) => HDD or USB
PTP USB is not available when you copy to USB
The broadcast signal can be recorded on HDD but copy feature is not supported

Also, on page 79:
