IANS Mid-Atlantic InfoSec Forum 2011
March 8 - 9, 2011
Washington, D.C.

The human face of IT Security challenges.

Information Security Forums are two-day conferences that bring information security and audit professionals and executives together in a professional setting for learning, conversation, and exploration. The agenda includes keynote addresses, peer-to-peer technical and strategic roundtable discussions led by security luminaries, and inspirational speakers. The format was inspired by the Harvard Business School teaching method.

Forums are unlike traditional events in which your company tries to attract attendees into an exhibit area. Instead, Forums offer an innovative combination of roundtable discussions, private appointments, and scheduled networking activities. Sponsors receive several opportunities to present their message and to interact directly with the delegates. Instead of watching attendees cruise past your booth or kiosk, you talk with people who are interested in learning more about your company and product. Vendors often leave with business cards and with the next meeting or demonstration scheduled.
