There is money to be made in teaching IT Security in Iran...  Cheesy

http://www.pakistanpatriot.com/?p=34061

Quote
Faced with kidnapping of its nuclear scientists, assassination of it nuclear workers, damage to both its nuclear facilities and continuing US and Israeli opposition to its nuclear ambitions, Iran has responded by creating a Cyberwarfare militia of  as many as 13 million young Iranians who join the force out of patriotism or in exchange for official benefits..

In a Nov. 29 article, the Iran newspaper divulged the government’s plans to recruit 1.5 million Iranians for the national militia Basij (short for “Mobilization of the Oppressed”), many of whom would be recruited specifically for Cyberwarfare.

"........Money is great, benefits really nice, the severance package is rather tough however....unless of course you do not mind being stoned to death...."  Cheesy

I do find it interesting the release of this information, as nothing leaves Iran outside of *ahem* "official channels", this would be like hearing about North Korea's Cyber initiatives taking place. The work recruit was used in that article as well, I do wonder how much "recruiting" Iran actually does vs just saying "you are now part of Iran's cybermilitia".
