Does this help our image, or the image of computer security, or is Norton trivializing the issues in order to increase sales?

It certainly seems to me that any time they come up with one of these "public service" rap ideas, its more of a laughingstock than anything else. They should stick to after school specials which are taken much more seriously  Cool
