Does anyone else use Google Voice? I've had it for a while and it's worked flawlessly but today something odd happened.

I opened up my email and, for the first time, had a message from Google Voice saying I had a new voicemail. Normally I receive alerts via text message saying I have a new voicemail. To add to that, there were no rings on any of the phones I have setup with this service. Odd.

What worries me even more is the fact that I was able to click the link in the email I received (the voicemail was transcribed) and open a Google Voice page giving me the ability to play/listen to/download the voicemail. I logged into GV and this message doesn't show up anywhere.

So can anyone get access to another users' voicemail? Creepy.

If it were phishing, I don't know how it would help. I obviously didn't have to login to listen to the voicemail. And it definitely took me to google.com
