Hello There
I was wondering if there is a kind  CISSP out there in 'good standing' who could do my endorsement , i've already had to wait nearly 5 weeks for my results, taht was an agonising wait ;(
I have over 15 years experience in IT and 10 or so in Security , i have already got my CEH back in Feb of this year .
So if there is anyone out there who can help , it would be greatly appreciated ..

You can petition to have the (ISC)2 endorse you as well if you cannot find someone else who will. Since you are, in a way, putting your reputation on the line when you endorse someone, you'll probably have a difficult time finding a stranger that'll endorse you.

Also, if you don't know someone in the profession, you can always go to your boss. Check with ISC2 directly for the details, but your situation is not uncommon.

I petitioned for an ISC2 volunteer endorser.   I basically ended going through an audit as a result.  It wasn't bad at all, and I had my certificate in the mail just a few weeks later.
