For the CEH, no not particularly, with the possible exception of some decimal/hex/binary conversion skills. For security in general, likely not, unless you plan to get into crypto.

I know about binary/decimal/hex conversion. I'm talking about hardcore math, I don't want waste time learning math now. I need to learn alot about security and networking, OSs and many other stuff.

@firstbitdrv - ChrisG was referring to hexadecimal math, when he noted about counting to 16...  If you can understand (add / subtract / work with) hex, you have a much better chance at success.
