Sorry if this makes me less of the techie that I think I am, but I had never heard of Rocketboom before all of the hoopla lately about it's departed host, Amanda Congdon. She has been replaced by Joanne Colan. Robert X. Cringley from InfoWorld Magazine states that, "watching Rocketboom without Amanda is like paying to see the Beatles, but getting the Monkees instead."

Chime in here. Was this online show worth this much attention? Was Amanda that hot to watch? Can you not live without her?
