Info coming soon. We are putting a lot of heart 'n' soul into this one to make it THE EVENT to be at, *especially* if you can't afford Blackhat, and plan to be in town for Defcon. Or... if you are just gonna come out to LV to experience the BSides magic. We need sponsors, wranglers, handlers, speakers, nuts, looneys, the sane, and those of you that are somewhere in-between to all throw in a hand.

Hotel:

I’m excited to say Angela Earl of Tripwire has a negotiated rate at Mandalay Bay. Based on Google Maps, the Mandalay is one of the closest hotels and they gave us a fab rate.

•Sunday, Jul 25 thru Thursday, Jul 29, $110 per night.
•Friday, Jul 30 & Saturday, Jul 31 the rate bumps up to $180 (apparently a big weekend in Vegas). 

There are a couple “standard fees”

•12% nightly room tax
•$15 daily resort fee (subject to applicable lodging tax) includes the following benefits: in-room wireless internet, cardio center access, two bottled waters delivered daily to your room, daily newspaper, local and 800-number calls, outgoing faxes and boarding pass printing
