For people that are too lazy to click the link:
in the video he will show you how to own a box, as well as different commands you can use and how they work. He will use the aurora exploit, with (and without) the meterpreter, keylogging, victim enumeration, timestomp (to mess with a forensic timeline), backdoors, and more!

The video on my end has very poor quality, i see many different bright colors...although the sound is perfect.
Is that the case for anyone else?

Not sure if its been discussed here but securitytube.com has a new series of videos on Metasploit. Its called the Metasploit Megaprimer and it goes into some good detail.

And really the ultimate best and FREE online training is from the very well known guys that are for the most the core developers of BackTrack: Mat, Dave, Max etc. And I have to say I would not waste your time with Security Tube for learning Metasploit.
