what if u took CCNA certificate exam ,, can that makes me take the CCSP ?
or should i take CCNA + SND ?
but i think now that i can't take CCSP be4 CCNA security so i should take CCNA security first right ??

I guess it's pretty clear in the requirements I posted above.
To sit for the CCSP exam, you've to either:
a) Pass CCNA security
or
b) Pass CCNA
and
SND
or
c) Pass a CCIE certificate exam.
