No offense to Ravenquille, but I think we need to close/lock this thread.

I did some recon and the "exploit" which was found appears to be a corrupted desktop shortcut icon for her church website.(http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=158296&page=2). 

Basically, there are plenty of long dragging threads trying to help with whatever strange occurance occurs on her computers (http://help.lockergnome.com/security/Profile-Hijack-Spyware-Programs-Hijack--ftopict11408.html and http://www.computing.net/answers/windows-xp/bizarre-behavior-opinions-needed/144097.html).

There are a lot of people who have tried to help you and whatever your problems are.  I am sorry, but I do not support continuing this any further.
