I am looking for some good online courses for Malware analysis, this would be to train staff on my security team. I am aware of the SANS one, but I don't think sending everyone on the team to a 6 day course is very feasible.
Anyone have any recommendations?

I don't know of any complete and professional free course on this sobject, but maybe it would be an option to send one of your team-members to the mentioned SANS course and he should then do a workshop for the other ones?

Or you could send one member to the class then have that individual run a mentor class for the rest.
