There were a very limited amount of people that applied for this. If they do this again in the future, and you decide to apply, make sure you take your time filling out the application and writing your paper (or whatever you're asked to do). They are most definitely read/reviewed (closely).

Hehe.. too bad I missed this one, certainly a good opportunity. Hopefully they will do a similar thing again and I don't miss it the next time.
