I'm trying to submit a couple stories, but I keep getting the following message:
This URL has been reported by users and cannot be submitted at this time.
Am I doing something wrong? What does that message mean?

Their response to me was:
Those are blocked domains and cannot be submitted to digg.
--digg support
I replied twice as to why they are blocked and got no answer each time.
